I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Connected Logistics (Falls Church, VA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The process included a recruiter screen followed by a panel interview. While the recruiter provided preparation guidance, the actual interview did not align with it, as none of the expected topics were covered.
The panel was brief (about 20 minutes) and felt rushed, with questions focused heavily on specific terminology rather than practical experience. There was little opportunity to discuss real-world work or projects, and no meaningful discussion around data governance despite it being a key part of the role.
The panel also felt impersonal, with interviewers off camera and minimal engagement throughout.
Overall, the interview felt more like a checklist than a conversation, and candidates may want to clarify expectations ahead of time.

Question 1
What is your experience with data repositories, and how would you handle a situation where your data differs from a stakeholder’s data even after you went through (your already described) multi-step validation?
