I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Connance (Waltham, MA) in May 2015
Interview
1 phone screen, then 4 in-person interviews (30 minutes each) at their offices.
Interviews were casual and informal. About half of the time was spent on my background, the other half on answering questions.
The interviewers were all in casual clothes. Some seemed very busy and a little distracted, but they were all very friendly. The interview process was very conversational.

I applied online. I interviewed at Connance (Waltham, MA)
Interview
I was first contacted by HR who asked several basic screening questions. Then I spoke to the hiring manager who asked some more pointed interview questions (past experience, interests/goals, several behavioral questions).
The in person interviews were fairly standard. I met with several groups of two team members. These were mainly from this positions group, but also from several related business groups. Overall the employees asked concise questions, and I was able to have a more conversational interaction while giving my input and experience. The interviews were fairly short and conducted in back-to-back fashion. The hiring manager gave me additional time to ask all questions I prepared for him.
Overall the interview process was a positive experience. The interviewers gave me good feedback and seemed honest and upfront about the expectations and reality of the work environment.
