Interview
Very casual, easy going. I interviewed on one occasion with the HR which only lasted about 10 or 15 minutes. He asked a little about my experience but mainly provided me with information about the role/company. I had to come in for a second interview about a week later with the direct Supervisor for my shift and he invited 2 team members from that shift to sit in on the interview because he wanted to see how I would fit in with some of the people I would be working with directly. The interview lasted for 45 minutes to an hour but none of the questions were difficult and he stressed that there are no right or wrong answers. He wanted to spend time with me/get to know me in order to make a decision on accepting me as part of his team.
