Initial interview was with a head of development, and mostly informational: questions about your background and tech you worked with. Then they sent a link to the testdome test. This test consisted of one SQL multiple choice question and two algorithm type questions - code had to compile, as well as pass edge cases, which I missed. I got 33% on the test.
