Confluence Academies interview questions

Completed brief staff interview with basic questions related to teaching and experience. After interview, was selected to create lesson plan (given 1 hour and a textbook) for 5th grade class and asked to teach it same day.

The process took about 3 weeks. First round of interviews is pretty standard questions with a panel of admin and teachers. I got called back to teach a sample lesson given a handful topics. There was a class of 20ish students and 6 adults observing. The third and final call back is an offer and salary negotiations.
