Formal interview panel -4 managers writing everything you say. Very impersonal and cold. They didn’t want to get to know you. Microsoft assessment after- 30 mins to complete. Heard back the next day on job offer

There was a panel of 6 people. They all took turns asking questions. There was a follow up assignment on a computer that was to be completed following the interview.
