Then I passed the tests perfectly, which allowed me to move on to the second stage of recruitment.My application was rejected following the face-to-face interview by videoconference. the person with whom I carried out the interview was very cold towards me even though the telephone exchange had been perfectly warm and cordial.
the only explanation is that this company must apply racial criteria for its recruitment. Certainly there is diversity within this company but they must apply quotas.
Unfortunately this day I probably wasn't supposed to fit into these quotas. The person responsible for recruitment never gave me the slightest response despite my reminders by email, Which is a lack of respect beyond applying a discriminatory policy. Bad experience for me.
