Interview
The Interview was conducted in 2 rounds. The first round was to check the domain knowledge and 2nd round was mostly focused on checking you past projects. challenges and you interpersonal skills.
The interview and questions were not very tough. Key things to study would be :
1. US Healthcare Domain Knowledge
2. SDLC & STLC knowledge in depth
3. Good understanding of SQL (practice all materials on W3 School)
4. Good communication skills and proactive

My interview experience with Conduent was actually very smooth.
I was a fresher. All the rounds were held in the Noida Office. The first round was aptitude test. It was pretty much basic. After a month or so, those who qualified the aptitude test were called for interview. There were 2 rounds of interview done by the managers and senior managers. They would ask technical questions and some aptitude questions.
