Filled app online...email sent to take assessment test... waiting on response. Think I did well pretty straight forward. Looking for a call back for moving forward with this process. Remember when hired for any customer service job...to try not take it personally. There is ways to de escalate a angry customer... My suggestion is also to do research on the companies you apply for.

Takes forever, must wait month. Long process of waiting for each thing to take place. Take a quiz to get knowledge check and typing. Then 2-3 interviews over phone and computer. Face to Face via webcam. Not a fun process then wait for the training over 2-3 weeks later.
