It was like a normal Interview, it was fast and nice. Question was ask like things dealing with irate customer and how i handle them.The interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable

I didn't even have an interview. It was more like they reviewed my CV and then sent me the assessments to complete. I quickly did them and sent them over. Honestly everything is very slow in this process.it takes forever to finally get hired. Almost a month.
