Had an interview here and was extremely excited to begin with that's where the excitement stops there. By far the worst interview I've ever experienced. The person taking this interview was 5 mins late no message to say they would be late no apologies that they were late or anything just got the impression didn't want to be there he was stiff ridged and made me feel extremely uncomfortable so I knew this wasn't going to go well. if he took the time to thoroughly read my CV the closed questions he was asking was on my CV and have never been asked in any interviews I've had as it's clearly stated on my CV just felt he was just winging it. He didn't have my CV in front of him so another basic error I ran through my experience he didn't really ask questions regarding my experience what I could bring to the table,projects etc. An abrupt ending by the interviewer. I did ask if the company was neodirverse they didn't have a clue what I was taking about and looked bewildered like a deer in headlights which was extremely uncomfortable but not surprising how the interview was conducted all in all shows lack of interviewing skills, extremely cold and ignorance by the interviewer.
