Concordia University Texas interview questions

Applied online, was sent a questionnaire to fill out online, phone interview, then in-person panel interview. Phone interview was about 30 minutes and 8 questions. In-person interview was an hour long with the department I would be working in.

Interview was a great experience. I felt I connected with the manager well. It seemed that our philosophies aligned. I was more than qualified for the job. I was told I would hear back within two weeks. That was over a month ago. Shocking that a Christian organization has little to no respect for their candidates' time. I've heard that this is a common theme with the hiring managers. I'm very disappointed that I had the same experience. They show little to no consideration.
