Concord Biosciences interview questions

Interview process was actually good. Company arranged and paid for my travel arrangements (flight, car to hotel, and hotel). Interviews were fair. The mistake was in the post-interview follow-up, in that there was no follow-up despite my attempts to e-mail and call for follow-ups.. This type of corporate attitude is why Ricerca is a poor company. If the company cannot act professionally towards recruits, they will have even worse behavior as an employee. I would steer clear of this company.

Phone interview, followed by all day interview with presentation and small group discussions. Very typical interview process for this level. Small group conversations were very repetitive, as expected. Presentation, and dinner the night before were only set up because I inquired about them.
