Submit your resume online or apply through job portals.
Sometimes Concentrix also conducts walk-in drives.
2. Online/Offline Assessment (Aptitude + English + Typing)
Aptitude Test: Logical reasoning, basic maths (very simple).
English Test: Grammar, vocabulary, sentence correction, comprehension.
Typing Test: Speed (25–30 WPM) and accuracy (90%+).
For Content Moderator roles → also scenario-based moderation questions.
3. HR Screening
Short round with HR about your profile, communication skills, and job understanding.
Questions like:
“Tell me about yourself.”
“Why do you want to join Concentrix?”
“Are you comfortable working night shifts?”
“Why are you choosing BPO after your degree?”
4. Operations Round (Process Interview)
Conducted by a Team Leader/Manager.
Focuses on role-specific questions:
For Customer Support → handling customers, role-play calls, communication.
For Content Moderator → decision-making on flagged content, judgment skills.
Tests problem-solving, patience, and decision-making.
5. Final HR Round (Salary & Documents)
Discussion on salary, shifts, location, joining date.
Document verification (ID proofs, educational certificates, etc.).
