it was really good. i was very nervous but the person who took my interview was so nice. it was just a friendly chat to get to know me, who I am as a person, what are my goals and how would i react to different situations.

you will not always be able to make everyone happy, so how would you handle that situation
Easy. Quick. Had to submit video answers to something that could've been multiple choice but that's not a huge deal. Would've preferred a video interview. Good times. Overall pleasant experience.

Q: What is a situation where you used a previous customer service experience to help you.
Nothing special, 2 phone calls. One to arrange an interview, the second one was an interview. Recruiter was very kind and helpful. The phone calls were short and friendly. Pleasant interview.
