Concentrix recruitment process is a bit long but worth it when you hired. I applied thru messenger, you just have to search in FB "Concentrix" then choose the page that is verified (with check mark) then click apply, you'll now be routed to messenger where you'll be asked some details then within mins, you'll receive an email about the assessment (AMCAT) then once passed, right away you will be called by interviewer for initial then mock call and Final interview, JO, medical, Background checking then start date. INITIAL INTERVIEW - more like your personal and work expi if there's any (tell me abt yourself, what is csr, why cnx, what is bpo etc.) FINAL INT - same as initial but with situation questions depending on your assigned account. For example in sales account, you'll be asked "can you sell me a pen?" "can you sell me a used toothbrush?" etc. Overall experience: CNX is a friendly newbie. They have shuttle and as of now they have WFH accounts (this is for tenured agents only)
