Interview
The interview process consists of three rounds:
1. Aptitude: This round focuses on assessing your logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
2. Ops: In this round, the focus will be on your operational knowledge and practical understanding of the role you are interviewing for.
3. HR: This round will involve discussions with the human resources team to evaluate your compatibility with the company culture and your overall fit for the organization.
The process was exceptionally smooth, with everyone being incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. After completing the test and video interview, you promptly receive an offer, which is a testament to their efficiency.
They schedule my interview and before interview I got rejection mail like 4 days before. They are not even considering to go and have chat. It very bad. I don't understand their hiring process.
Phone call interview around basic behavioural, customer support experience questions. Some questions related to having isolated work desk, internet, literacy. Writing/typing test. logical and english language grammar test. speaking test. test on listening. once all cleared offer was given verbally and then on email. Collect the system from their location
