I only had 1 round with about 6 interviewees - asked general questions and how would I coach difficult agent, how do you make people listen to you etc. They asked me questions in English and also the local language.

Phone interview and then 1-1 interview with Quality supervisor and HR, different questions asked and previous work experience in the field is essential. Preferably you have worked in the company already for a few years.
