Después de las pruebas teóricas, verbale sy de listening tuve la entrevista con la reclutadora. Esta entrevista fue la parte más fácil de todo el proceso. Fue vía telefónica y la reclutadroa fue muy amable.

Las preguntas fueron: ¿Cuál ha sido la mejor experiencia como cliente y la peor como cliente? ¿Qué aspectos mejorarios de quien le atendió durante la mala experiencia siendo un cliente? ¿Qué no te gustaría tener en un ambiente laboral? ¿Cómo responderías a una persona que llama enojada y gritando?
