It was good but the HR was not good after completed all the round she refuse my profile just because I am here and can join immediately. She told me that we can hire people who are not here

3 Rounds, They asked me wait for sometime but it took 3 hours to take interview. Later only for 10 min the interview happened and in 10 min interview panel attended 4 telephone called. Dont know how they judge my candidature,
