Interview
Two skype calls, two assessments. In general easy, they just determined my language skills and communication manner. There was 'a test call' after a second interview to see how I would cope with the situation, wasn't that hard after all weven though I felt a bit confused in a first place. Also they wanted me to write two letters, in two languages.

Phone Interview - Typing Test - Multilingual Cover Letter - Role Play- Last Interview - Offer. The process was like this. Excellent HR (Especially Julie) After offer very nice acceptance letter and everything is how they promised.

Interview
First stage was to check use of computer- find links and information to fill in a questionnaire then a phone role play . Easy competency questions, interview with HR and a manager of the contract present. Questions about skills and to give examples.
