Interview can be by phone or in person. Just got a call from them and scheduled a phone interview. Two person was in the interview. They will ask you some simple quesitns.

Applied through career center, on campus interview that was not very difficult at all. There were two employees from the specific department that I was applying for. The interviewers were very friendly and professional.
Interview was with Senior Engineer and Manager of group that eventually hired me. They followed a list of questions closely (mainly situational/behavioral type questions and background information). The interview lasted roughly 40 minutes.
