Con Edison General Utility Worker interview questions

I took the GUW exam over a year ago. The jog i applied for requirements were only High school/GED (no similar work exp) My work history is not jobs that have giving me experience for this role. I took 3 rounds of testing & finally a year later got to interview. Pretty easy but they were burying me with 20 questions on pasted experience related to similar work. They had my resume infront of them so they knew the answer. I know this isn't normal cause i have family that have interviewed for this before.

Smooth but long . Very safer oriented and they want you to always be the one to stand up and do the right thing. Follow procedures and NEVER LIE STEAL OR FIGHT
