Interview
- phone interview. This is to see if you are doing something similar to the position you applied. They also try to see if the industry you are working relevant to the business
- face to face - This to check if you have the technical and communication skill required for the position.
One phone interview and then face to face interview. First an employee interviewed then the hiring manager.
Lastly the head of department interviewed over the phone. They asked about previous experience and explained what they do.

Interview
Interview process was simple however drawn out to organizational restructuring. Hiring manager was great, interview based on experience and industry knowledge. Not many difficult questions and only two rounds of interviews. Hiring was quick and simple, though was not given what was promised in terms of ramp up bonus. Even fought to get bonus however they changed requirements and never relayed the information due to too many organizational changes
