Comverge interview questions

One phone interview and then face to face interview. First an employee interviewed then the hiring manager. Lastly the head of department interviewed over the phone. They asked about previous experience and explained what they do.

Interview process was simple however drawn out to organizational restructuring. Hiring manager was great, interview based on experience and industry knowledge. Not many difficult questions and only two rounds of interviews. Hiring was quick and simple, though was not given what was promised in terms of ramp up bonus. Even fought to get bonus however they changed requirements and never relayed the information due to too many organizational changes
