Interview
The interview process will consist of two stages. The first interview will be conducted by HR and will serve as an initial screening to evaluate general fit, communication skills, and alignment with company culture and expectations. Candidates who pass this stage will move on to a second interview with the Director, which will focus on role-specific and technical questions to assess hands-on experience, problem-solving ability, and depth of knowledge relevant to the position

Interview
The interview process was very well organized, welcoming and thorough. I had the opportunity to meet with a wide variety of stakeholders and got a good sense of the environment. The process was very efficient and clear with great follow up. Each person I interviewed with was very positive and excited to be at Compute North. The team was also transparent that things would be fast-paced because they were growing quickly and change was a constant. That was especially appealing to me as an applicant.

Interview
The company's upper management person forgot to show up for my interview. Worst no one from the company communicated the absence. The job title was misleading as well - it should have been Logistics Coordinator, not Warehouse and Logistics Manager, which the company agreed with.
