Pretty standard. Met with hiring manager and went over my resume. Talked to 3 different team leaders for various roles who asked technical questions and evaluated my answers. They were rather dull interactions.

I submitted a resume online by mailing the HR of this company. I got a call back within a week and they scheduled an interview in the next one. There were 4 rounds of phone interviews and an onsite interview as well.

Standard. Phone interview with basic knowledge questions about Java, Data Structures, and past experiences. Asked why you are interested in a position with us, etc. Took about half an hour. Follow up interview is in person and more difficult.
