We operate a tried and tested three stage interview process, the second stage of which you are describing is an observation day. The experience you have described is not what an observation day should entail. The whole purpose of the observation day is to have applicants shadow one of our representatives at an event, getting to experience first hand how we represent our clients, and also to gain a snapshot of our business. It is also a more competency based interview, allowing us to fully assess applicants and their suitability to the role.
