The interview process overall was very straight forward and direct. Interview was conducted in store by store manager. The interview started when the standard questions then was asked questions about prospects I store.

Asked the basic sales interview questions. What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? Have you ever worked under a monthly quota? Do you have an prior experience working for a nutrition company? What do you know about sports nutrition? This was a 1 on 1 interview with the manager of the store. I was offered the job on the spot following the interview.

Called in for an interview after applying online. Very casual interview. Expect situational questions and be able to sell a product on the spot. Even if you don't know the product, try to display the ability to skillfully interact with someone in a sales situation.
