Interview
Pretty standard. HR rep phone interview at first, followed by a phone interview with the Business Development Manager. A face-to-face interview with the Executive Director. It was not different than most sales interviews. You had a drug test, background check, driving check and a personality test.

There really wasn't an unexpected question, the typical "tell me when you overcame an obstacles in sales" was asked.
I was contacted by a Recruiter 3 days after submitting an application online. I interviewed with the Recruiter 2 days later. I interviewed with Regional Sales Manager in-person a few days later. A job offer was extended after interview.

I took part in a phone interview with them. They were very kind and very professional. They were punctual as well as patient. The process was quick and I scheduled an additional interview on the spot.

Question 1
Describe a time where you ran into an obstacle on a project and what you did to overcome that obstacle? What was the end result?
Recruiter emailed me requesting a mutually agreeable time, set a date and time. Recruiter sent me a "Sales Profile Assessment" that was eerily similar to a personality test; email said to confirm when assessment was completed so the recruiter could send the results. Recruiter sent me results. The day of the interview the recruiter emailed me 1 minute past our scheduled time to cancel, saying she would be in contact to reschedule. Recruiter never contacted me to reschedule, despite my reaching out.
