I was there on time for the interview I was inconvenienced in excess of 20 minutes without any communication about the delay. When the interview started the interviewers were both males.
This not a sexism argument but having said that , the vast majority administered by this company are managed by males

One hour interview. I was asked to talk through my cv and answer competency questions. On the second stage interview also an hour I was answering questions about my skills and capabilities
