      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CommuteAir (North Olmsted, OH) in Oct 2019

      Interview

Applied to the job and a day later got an email from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview a couple of days later. Very straightforward basic interview questions for the phone call. A couple of days after that, got a phone call saying they would move forward with my application and go with the Skype interview, which happened a week later. It was with the chief dispatcher and the dispatch trainer. A few basic questions about experience, how it would relate to dispatch, and then the technical questions below that most places ask. Very basic and essential questions all pulled from the dispatch training course you go through for the ADX cert. Just study everything you needed for the oral/practical examination
