Simple interview, I felt very comfortable with the director and felt that I had the job about 5 minutes into the interview. She explained everything I had to do and I was hired on the spot

Basic really, anyone can go it through it and pass as long as they have a decent understanding of the english language. You talk to one of the Directors and you are pretty much hired.
