Community Unit School District interview questions

The interview process is very easy. the first round is just screening, the second round is an indication that you made a good impression. No testing is involved. Usually, the offer from HR takes a few days

Interviewed with several districts, and whole lot of red flags from the very start. Very cold and unfriendly. Every question was answered with "okay, next question." They made no effort to converse or get to know me as a candidate. When asked if any planning time was provided, the interviewer just laughed and said "we would like to, but it doesn't work that way." I know that it's standard in MANY other districts, so they just choose not to allow it (my current school contract provides 4.5 clock hours of planning time per week, minimum). The interviewer also said that we are not allowed to work alone without a student in the room for X amount of time. They appear like they don't care about their students or employees, just meeting minutes and productivity.
