Community Solutions Systems Improvement Advisor/FCommunity Coach interview questions

This was, hands down, the worst interview process that I've gone through. The entire process took 4 MONTHS (from my application submission in June 2024 to when I was ghosted by their useless HR in October 2024). I went through at least five interviews, all asking me the same questions. I received an email asking for me to attend an interview with the CEO in October; however, due to Hurricane Milton and Hurricane Helene, my power was out and I couldn't respond. As soon as my power came back, I followed up, only to be ghosted -- even though I was supposedly a "final candidate." Looking at other reviews, at this point I'm convinced that this organization posts ghost jobs just to mess with everyone. Complete waist of my time.
