Community Services Group (CSG) Program Specialist interview questions

I applied online and got a call back the next day. We did a phone interview, but the HR rep told me to look over the benefits package because the pay was less than what I had asked for. I asked how much and she told me $13.95 for a position that preferred a Master's degree (which I have). Outrageously low pay for a position requiring an advanced degree and years of experience
