The interview was just like your typical interview with an employer, it is never really an interview, but more like a chat you have telling about yourself. They will want you to relate a lot among your experiences and how your qualifications can fit the roll of what position they are looking for.

Interview
Nothing extraordinary. Local Bank (only 50 branches in NC). Full time position. Contracting is rare. Position was new to the company. Face to face with immediate supervisor. Lasted over an hour. Was told it would be long term but that was not the case. Good benefits but they try to low-ball you with the salary.
