I was first emailed by HR requesting an initial phone interview. I was given several options to see when would be mutually convenient.
The phone interview was about 30 minutes in length. I was asked verifying questions about my resume. I was asked about what I thought the key things that I could bring to the position or were my strongest assets. Something along those lines. I was told about the various part time positions available and asked which ones appealed to me. I was told more details about the agency (that it's unionized, pay rates, etc).
