Community Health Systems Senior Systems Analyst interview questions

Was introduced by a common acquaintance. It took the HR a while to get back to me, I spoke to her on the phone and then flew in to meet few managers to see where I would fit the most. I found the office culture to be very hierarchical and somewhat sterile. The manager needs approval from her manager and that manager needs to talk to another manager; I was warned not to be too casual with the higher ups. A bit intimidating since I am coming from a pretty flat environment.
