Community Health Systems Infrastructure Architect interview questions

As others indicate, received brief call from HR recruiter. Then contact with hiring manager who was stellar in the entire process. After phone, 1:1 interview, I was asked to come in for a panel interview which consisted of 4 Sr. level Engineers members. One member of the panel was as presented, slated to be part of the newly formed team. When questioned on overall experience, the member had less than a year and a half experience (recent small college grad) with the company and 3 years in overall IT. The other members had a combined 55 years of experience. This member (again with the least experience) was allowed to dictate the panel questions over (50 questions to 2 ratio), in front of the hiring manager. I have never seen this in over 20 years in IT.
