I sent an email regarding the job posting, they quickly set up a phone interview with the hiring manager and one of their accounts, and I subsequently met both of them in person along with two other people I would be working with.

Interview
Informal in person interview that included all the usual hr interview question. Reviewed resume and past experience extensively. Discussed responsibilities for the position and the commission based pay. Training followed the interview process.
