First, I had a one hour interview with the manager of talent acquisition. it was a great interview, I was able to explain my background Comprehensively and learn more about the company, but I was given the impression that I would be a great fit. I also got to know the interviewer, so I could got better feel of the culture which was great. After that, I met with the CHRO, and it was a very unpleasant experience, she was not prepared, she didn’t know what position I was applying for as she kept talking the whole time. It was very clear to me, but she had no interest in hiring me, I wish I hadn’t lost my time that morning.
