Community Autism Services RBT Registered Behavior Technician interview questions

Filled out application online and received an email for an in person interview. During the interview, asked questions about the position. After all questions were answered, I received an offer that day. The only thing I would recommend is negotiating the pay bc it’s hard to get 40 hours and too many workers means less clients means working part time as a full time employee. Then to top it off, whatever you get paid at work is nowhere near to the close to the cost of living in Ca.
