It was one of the best interviews I have ever done. It was such a great feeling be surrounded by people that have the same passion I do. It was a little longer but I asked the questions that I had.

Interview
A phone interview with Administrative Assistant as a screening tool for face to face interview.
Then a face to face interview with supervisor and a few early childhood specialists. Questions about position, past experiences, situational interactions with clients. Role play with other early childhood specialists. Then a written portion with what to do in specific situations in the work place and with clients.
A call back for an offered position.

Brief initial phone screen, then scheduled in-person interview with team members, direct supervisor and department director. Questions were initially about experience and work history, then they asked pre-fab behavioral interview questions that were relevant for the position and not difficult to answer.
