There was an initial phone screening with a recruiter, a phone interview with head of HR, a skills assessment project reviewed by an internal team, then a group interview with leadership.

Most questions were tailored specifically to my work experience and pertained to the scope of those roles- it seems they wanted to know how many steps of a product development process I've had a hand in.
