The first round was a 20-minute phone interview with an HR representative. This was followed by an online coding test with four tasks. The onsite interview lasted nearly two hours and included a mix of technical and team-fit questions. Everyone was kind and helpful. You don’t need to have all the answers — that’s not the point. They sent the offer by the agreed deadline.

Question 1
Describe some communication protocols with examples
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Commsignia (Budapest) in Aug 2021
Interview
I was first contacted by their HR person for a quick screening, which went very well. The HR person was very friendly and informative, telling me about the next steps of the interview. A few days after our talk, I was sent an invitation for a personal interview with the Marketing Director, who was also very friendly. The interview lasted about an hour and I was given a small marketing task to complete and given about a week to do it. The task was not difficult or complex. It was clear they just wanted to see how I think about tasks, get them done, and communicate with the rest of the team. I then went in again to present my ideas to the whole marketing team. Everyone was friendly and it all went very easily. I was later offered the position.
