Phone interview screening, 15 minutes, followed by 30 minute in person interview with group/panel and second 30 minute in person interview. Longest portion of the process was the background screen after the offer was received.

Interview
Interview process is simple and direct. The issue is getting back to you “soon” isn’t clear. I heard they were filling job quickly then waited for the interview. Said they would get back to me in a few days, then heard within hours. Final round said they would get back to me in a couple days and it was 10. Offered job and given less then 1 days to decide.

Received a phone interview handled all by automated machine. Was not given sufficient time to respond to questions before a new question was asked. Never received any kind of follow up after it was requested.
