I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health (Hot Springs, AR) in May 2018
Interview
Met with Nursing Directors, CEO of the Hospital also toured the hospital as well. Met with the current Director and operation manager met some of the staff in the department.
I had 2 panel interviews . The first one with nursing manager and directors hospital leaders followed by executive leadership team. It was a standard Director role type of interview.
I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at CommonSpirit Health (Denver, CO)
Interview
I interviewed with over 20 people within a 6-7 month period. The process was incredibly frustrating with very litte communication. I felt like I was inconveniencing them for interviewing me. They also gave me a personality assessment that they refused to give me the results of. I regret ever applying for the role.
