Interview
Got a call a couple of days after my online application and scheduled an interview. Two guys from the Strategy Department I applied for did a personality and CV check with me, afterwards one guy stayed for the case. I was supposed to show my approach to the question using analytical skills and some creativity. The interviewer was quite helpful and sort of guided me through.
- Two interviews
- Mainly personal fit and interest in positions
- One interview with just the team manager and one with the head of the department
- A lot of room to discuss personal questions and to explain there work
Online application, after that recieved an invitation for the interview
In person interview at their office with to different employees, each took 1 hour
Nice atmosphere
Feedback after 1 week
very long process 2h for the first round with 4 different people, 30 mn each. Very tedious and expect a lot of questions from them (macro, about the position, the company, accounting...)
