Commerce State Bank interview questions

Was contacted quickly to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview went well. Then was told to complete a personality profile test that would be sent right away. Had to follow up a few days later to have the test sent. Was told I would be contacted within the next few days to schedule an in person interview, which didn't happen. Numerous follow ups for status were required, as time frames given were not once met by the bank.
