2 interviews, should have known what the sales vp would be like to work for when he texted on his phone 80% of the time. Painted false picture of good culture
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Comm-Works (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Interviewed with HR Mgr and CFO. HR conducted 90% of the interview, which seemed odd. Questions were all focused on ROI. They were looking for examples and outcomes. Revenue generation was definitely the only focus with this role. Felt like they wanted an inbox/outbox employee. Environment felt a bit stiff and very little diversity on their leadership team.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Comm-Works (Carmel, IN) in May 2014
Interview
Interviewed by 2 people face to face that seemed conflicted on what they were actually looking for. One asked more technical questions and the other customer service related. It was supposed to be a contract job for 3 months. However, one of the interviewers asked if I didn't want to work for them permanently because I applied for the temporary position... Although they didn't have any permanent positions open.... It was a strange interview to say the least.
